Setting environment extensions
You can set extension values for one or more processes deployed to basic runtimes attached to the selected environment on the Environment Extensions dialog.
You must have the Runtime Management privilege (as well as Environment Management) to set extensions on the Extensions dialog. If you have the Runtime Management Read Access privilege, you can only view existing extensions and open the Audit Logs dialog.
Open the dialog by clicking Environment Extensions in the Environment Properties tab. You can set values for the following types of extensions:
- Connection settings
- Operation settings
- Trading Partner settings
- Dynamic process properties
- Process properties
- Cross reference tables
- PGP certificates
- Data maps
After you update extensions, all listeners restart.
When a process is undeployed and you update or save extensions, those changes related to the undeployed process are lost.

Depending on the connector types used to originally build the profiles, first select the basic runtimes to use to browse for the profiles.
The source and destination profiles are browsed and loaded. This may take a few moments depending on the connector types used to originally build the profiles.
